Under the lead of Ecodesign company, together with TU Wien and AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, a conference paper on energy and environmental related life cycle assessment on silicon carbide vs silicon based semiconductors was presented in November 2021 and is now online available.

The paper has been accepted and published in the proceedings of the international e.nova 2021 Conference “Green Deal, Energy – Building – Environment”.
