The IEA 4E Executive Committee has unanimously accepted the Electric Motor Systems Annex (EMSA) project plan 2009 – 2011 on its meeting on 23 October 2008 in Washington DC. At the same meeting Conrad U. Brunner was elected Operating Agent for the EMSA.
