China joins 4E

4E is delighted to announce that China is the latest country to join the existing 12 member countries working collaboratively to promote energy efficient equipment under the IEA’s Technology Collaboration Programme.

“We are delighted to welcome China into 4E’s ranks, represented by the Chinese National Institute of Standardisation (CNIS)” said Michelle Croker, 4E Chair and Assistant Secretaryof Australia’s Appliance and Building Energy Efficiency Branch. “China is not only a very major producer of energy-using equipment, but CNIS operates an extremely comprehensive energy efficiency programme and has a wealth of experience to share with other countries. We greatly look forward to working closely with CNIS over forthcoming years”
