The purpose of this document is to propose the basis for a relationship between the International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation (IPEEC) and the Implementing Agreement for Efficient Electrical End-use Equipment (4E), both organizations with a primary interest in the promotion of energy efficiency.
